  • Organic Masoor dal is split red lentils, also called kempu (red) togari bele locally. It is very easy to cook and tastes awesome with 25% protein content and loaded with considerable quantity of carbohydrates. The dal makes entry into most Indian kitchens by finding a place in a variety of daily preparations like curry, dal fry, dal tadka with vegetables as well as meat. The dishes go well with rice, roti, parathas, pav, bread, dosas, chapatti, puri etc.
