It is completely free of any sort of Transfat, cholesterol and its derivatives. It is the main ingredient in preparation of tasty rotis, chapattis, Phulkas, parathas stuffed with alu / panneer / cabbage / raddish / methi / gobi. The soft dough can be rolled to make tasty puri / batura to be eaten with dal or vegetable gravy.
